• Bathroom cabinetry, fixtures and/or layout/bathroom footprint changes are just part of our comprehensive overall services in the bathroom renovation process.

• We take pride in our workmanship and carefully explain all details to you, our customer, both before and throughout the renovation process. We subscribe to the theory that there is no such thing as a "stupid" question from a homeowner. We are happy to explain the build process and the associated benefits to you of what we are doing in your bathroom renovation. We pride ourselves on being reliable and above all... neat and careful when working in your home (any little damages that occur to walls or floors during the renovation we fix as part of our service).

• Father & Son have established a business that has been built largely on the referrals of our former customers. We do not have commission-based salespeople nor do we have an expensive showroom (i.e.: bigger overhead). We provide superior value and finishes in your bathroom or kitchen renovation. You do not have to be concerned that there will be "unexpected" or "surprise" extras on your renovation bill at the end of the job that were not on the quote (unless you add them yourself), you will know what your quoted bathroom/kitchen renovation pricing is upfront before we begin and this price is guaranteed unless you elect to add extra work/more options/change fixtures/finishes to the scope of the build during the renovation process.
• What we do provide are our excellent, thoughtful tradesmen who go the extra mile where quality is essential. We use only the top major brands of plumbing fixtures, taps, toilets and tubs (long service life/durable, high quality finishes) and we use some of the finest in stone and porcelain tiles and the most advanced building materials available. We provide in-home estimates (where appropriate).
• Our bathroom renovations can range from a simple rebuild of your small bathroom (retiling, new floor, ventilation lighting and fixtures) to the total conversion of your large bathroom into a "spa-like" retreat where every day feels like you are in a luxury boutique hotel bathroom (without those big luxury hotel room rates).
• Any customer-chosen additions or changes to the original plan of your bathroom renovation that may arise are discussed and any additional costs are quoted to you the homeowner and agreed to before anything is added to your bill or the work is done.

• As mentioned before we are not in the habit of "lowballing" our estimates when quoting a bathroom renovation and then adding a lot of extra costs when it comes to the end of the renovation. We normally include all the materials, fixtures, tiles into the quote so you know what the total will be complete. Many renovation contractors will quote labour only and make the homeowner purchase their own materials and/or fixtures, which we do not do as a general rule.
