How is Father & Son different?
At Father & Son Home Builders we know that free designs and estimates are valuable to our clients only if we employ professional design/sales people who provide exceptional service.
Father & Son Home Builder's knowledgeable design/sales staff is experienced in:
- Designing efficient and beautiful kitchens and baths
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, and
- Managing budget requirements and providing accurate estimates.
Job Site Measurements
For new construction, Father & Son Home Builders will provide a preliminary design and estimate based on your blueprints.
For kitchen and bathroom remodeling, we'll go to your home or job site to measure the existing room sizes.
During our measuring visit, we:
- Review layout for safety and functionality
- Visually confirm placement of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC vents, and
- Look for framing changes that can affect proper installation of the cabinetry as designed and estimated.
Five-year Warranty
Father & Son Home Builders guarantees our installations to be free from defects and workmanship for a minimum of FIVE years from the date of delivery.
